Very good, look forward to coming back with friends and family in July

We are using this hotel as part of our wedding July 4th 2024 with over 60guests. We love the hotel even though we had a wee mix up on booking. Same as my last stay in June. Ideally another bed in the knipje rooms as with kids but overall love it

Never again in this hotel!

- Pool - Room

- Check-in staff not very friendly, demotivated - Staff demotivated, some few exceptions. - Young lifeguard rude - Pool times 10-19, why?! - 3 elevators, 1 not working, 1 has a defect, 1 ok. Waited 20min to get all the suitcases down to the lobby. - Lights on the balcony get turned on/off automatically. That‘s really unnecessary, you can’t control it yourself. - Boss is really unfriendly, can’t talk with him, like with all the other staff. Asked to take out a little bit of the pasta for our 2 year old child which was sleeping. Said in a rude tone „NO“. 5min later other people take out a handful of fruits! - Half board is a disaster. You only get water as drinks! When asked to do a upgrade, they said our 2 year old has to pay also 25€/day. A 2 YEAR OLD?! - FOOD IS DISGUSTING AND EVERY DAY THE SAME. We never ate so bad in a hotel!

What was the highlight of Estival Park Almaris

Fair enough, but facility management and service could be improved well further

The room was very good, large enough, clean and recently renovated. Location is also good enough, very good and clean beach, but you have to walk to it for 5-10 minutes and cross the street at the end. There is a convenient underground parking for those who travel by car. Decent food, but nothing special. Dedicated and safe swimming pool for kids. Both pools are supervised by safeguards. Hotel staff was friendly, hospitable and eager to help - very much appreciated.

The hotel looked too overcrowded: there were queues for everything: to enter the restaurant, to get the food, even for elevators, you have to wait for 5-10 minutes each time. The queue to the restaurant (sometimes up to 30 minutes) was mainly because there were no enough seats and very few waiters to prepare the tables for the next guests. Waiters were running around and looked really exhausted trying to handle the huge crowd. Despite that they were always hospitable, polite and eager to help. The hotel is positioned as all inclusive, but it is not really the case: you have to pay for drinks separately, only a limited number of cheap no-name drinks (quite disgusting) were included. It’s worth saying that decent drinks were offered at a discounted rate, cheaper than in a regular bar outside, but still not all inclusive. There was no drinking water offered in the rooms. Swimming pool is too small and was always closed too early, around 19:00 - 19:30.

Fabulous stay at block 10 Oassium hotel.

Stayed in the Oassium hotel which was great, loved the spa especially. Breakfast was lovely although I didn't eat hot breakfast, there was a good variety otherwise.

Very Good

The whole complex is amazing. There is so much to do, and you could spend your whole stay exploring the complex. Right next to a beautiful beach and close to shops ,bars, and restaurants. Loads around to see and do for all ages. All the staff are lovely. The self-service with all-inclusive is fantastic.

We were all inclusive, so the indoor pool was included for us, but other family members that were half board had to pay €10 an adult and €5 for each child. With it being the end of October, beginning of November, the outdoor pools were freezing so for the kids (age 2 and 7) to enjoy a pool they had to use the indoor pool , which worked out expensive. I think with the cost of the holiday, the indoor pool should be included. For a family of 6, 2 small children, 2 older teens and 2 adults, it cost €50 a time.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff, excellent value

Right before i start i was like most people reading reviews about the hotel and had mixed feedback, so prior to the holiday i wasn’t expecting much, so heres the review, stayed at estival park almaris, receptionist all friendly, asked many questions about the hotel/ facilities, the room spacious clean modern, shower room only comment is the extractor fan could be stronger, they allow you to use the spa run by another company, the gym has all equipment has 2 steam rooms sauna and the swimmingpool was always warm, hotel is massive and where we stayed allowed you to the adults only roof top pool, lovely views alot more quiet as adults only i definately would recommnd, now lets get to the food, this is what came up on alot of the reviews, in my opinion one of the best catered all inclusive places ive eaten at, every evening meal they changed the theme of food, the selections was massive, from italian to the breads and meats, there was always choices at the meals, every lunch/ dinner the grill section the meat was always tender, one thing to not in between meals the snack bar was open, hot dogs burgers nuggets fried was available all day freshly cooked, all alcohol drinks was included and i can hohnestly say all the bar staff was friendly even when busy

What was the highlight of Estival Park Almaris

Excellent food, decent but deceiving Spa, horrible pools.

Most of the food was great and enjoyable, but the vegetarian and vegan options were limited as they used meat for garnish in most salads/dishes. The spa was quite nice with plenty of things to enjoy and do while inside. The rooms were spacious and clean.

All the pools were freezing cold. We assume the place used a salt water system as the water was salty. When we went to the beach, the seawater was way warmer - making it bizarre how the small pools could not warm up from the sun! They also sold with the booking 50% off from Spa, however, upon buying an extra entry we found out that full price gives two entries. They also offer an 18+ pool on the rooftop, but do not allow All Inclusive usage!
